Our Therapists

Rebecca Bodine NVMT 954

I’m a huge believer in carving out times amidst life’s stressors for self-care. These are the times that spark joy and make life balanced and worth living. I hope to facilitate your self-care by creating a safe, relaxing space to breathe and focus on the body, tuning down the sympathetic nervous system and giving attention to the places where tension and pain linger. I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue, and can also use hot stones and more targeted therapeutic work for stubborn trouble spots. My strengths when it comes to bodywork include never rushing or phoning in a massage and giving my best effort every time, using slow movements which promote relaxation, building from light to deep.I have an eclectic background and speak (to a limited degree) Spanish, German and a little French.
I’m happy to converse or let you enjoy the silence. The session is about you !

Mark Kerschenmen NVMT #8412

Bodywork has been a passion for me ever since I took my frist massage class, and bought my first massage table over 20 years ago. I completed the massage program at Truckee Meadows Community College in 2011, and since then, I have continued to be a student, and add to my education in the massage and bodywork field. I prefer to use a variety of massage modalities in my therapeutic and relaxation sessions. These include: deep tissue, sports massage, cupping, Gua Sha, hot stone, and chair massage.
I consider it a priviledge to be allowed to work on the human body. To gain the confidence and trust of an individual, and to use the tools and knowledge I posses, to improve that person’s wellbeing, is a great compliment to me. It’s my way of enriching life, and giving back to the human experience
